Submit a Ticket
By clicking here, you will be brought to our current FootPrints page, where you can open a help desk with either WITS, or CSIT. If you are unsure which one to go to, or simply wish to learn more about the two groups, click on the corresponding buttons below. In order to submit a ticket follow the instructions below.

Log in with the same credentials you would use to get into your WebAdvisor account.
Once you are logged in, there will be two boxes reading either Open a WITS Ticket or Open a CSIT Ticket in the left-hand corner. You will want to select the box which corresponds to who can best handle your situation.
Then, you will be prompted to fill out a little information about your issue including a general description, problem type, and contact information. Please try to fill out as many fields as you can so we can best assist you. If you don't know what a box is or means, that's ok! Just leave it blank and we will be in contact with you if we have any questions.
Finally, you will be able to either Save or Submit your ticket depending on whether you want to return to the ticket to add information. Once submitted, WITS or CSIT should get on the issue as quickly as possible. That being said please be patient with us, technology problems can easily pile up, but we will get to your problem in a timely manner. As always, if you don't want to wait, you can always come see us down in Smith Curtis 109 and we will be happy to help you in person! If there isn't someone in the office however, you may have to go back to submit a ticket and come back later to check in.
